My Approach

Analyze, Map, Design, Develop, Apply, Assess

While I follow traditional instructional design models, like ADDIE or SAM, I also like to mix some together. Combining ADDIE, SAM, and the Map It approach, allows me to thoughtfully create courses that have a more powerful impact for learners.
